The Chief Minister Fellowship Program 2025, launched by the Government of Maharashtra, is a prestigious initiative empowering young individuals (aged 21–26) to directly contribute to governance and public policy. This 12-month full-time fellowship places selected fellows under senior government officials across Maharashtra, offering exposure to real-time administration, project execution, and policy implementation.
Fellows bring in innovative thinking, tech-savviness, and a fresh perspective to government systems while gaining unmatched experience and knowledge. Participants also undergo certified training by IIT Bombay and receive a monthly stipend of ₹70,000 plus travel allowance.
✅ Eligibility Highlights:
Age: 21–26 years (Born between 05.05.1999 – 05.05.2004)
Education: Minimum graduation with 60% marks; preference for postgraduates
Experience: At least 1 year (job/internship/apprenticeship/entrepreneurship)
Skills: Proficiency in Marathi, English, Hindi & basic computer/internet handling
