Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has released an official notification (Advt No. 07/2024-2025) for the recruitment of 199 Junior Clerk positions under Group ‘C’ Non-Teaching posts. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official BHU website from March 18, 2025, to April 17, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Second Class Graduate with at least six months of training on the use of computers for office automation, bookkeeping, and word processing from a certified institution OR
- Second Class Graduate with a Diploma in Computer recognized by AICTE.
- Typing Speed: 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi. The Computer Typing Test will be qualifying in nature.
Selection Process:
The selection process for the BHU Junior Clerk Recruitment 2025 consists of:
- Written Examination – Objective-type test covering General Knowledge, Reasoning, English, and Computer Skills.
- Computer Proficiency Test (Skill Test) – Qualifying in nature.
- Document Verification – Shortlisted candidates will be called for verification.
- Medical Examination – Final stage before appointment.
Pay Scale:
- Pay Level: Level 2
- Salary Range: ₹19,900 – ₹63,200/- per month
